This site is operated by Sezer Shine Enterprises Ltd, registered in the United Kingdom, company no. 15212238. We collect as little as possible. Questions about anything on this page: sales@sezershine.com.
What we collect
If you request a free sample ad, we store what you type into the form: your name, business name, email address, and the optional website and note fields, together with the time of the request.
If you email us, we keep the correspondence. If you become a client, we also hold the business information you give us to produce your ads: contact details, offers, prices, brand assets and similar facts you provide or approve.
What we use it for
To reply to your request, prepare your sample, and, if you become a client, to deliver the service. That is all. We do not sell or share these details, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not send unrelated marketing.
Our lawful basis under UK GDPR is legitimate interest when responding to your enquiry, and performance of a contract once you are a client.
Where it lives and how long
Form submissions are stored in a Cloudflare-hosted database, and email lives with our email provider. These providers process data on our behalf. The request form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that the request comes from a person rather than a bot; Cloudflare processes technical signals from your browser for that check only. The site itself sets no cookies and runs no analytics scripts.
We keep enquiry details only as long as they are needed to deal with your request, and client records for as long as we work together plus what UK tax law requires for invoices. Ask us to delete your details at any time and we will, unless an invoice record must legally be kept.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email sales@sezershine.com and we will act on it. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
