Commissioned work

Work shown on this website is illustrative. Any project we take on is governed by a separate written quote or contract that sets out scope, schedule, fees, and delivery terms. Nothing on this website is an offer or a fixed price.

Unless a project contract says otherwise:

• Payment: fees are payable up front or partly up front, as set out in the quote.
• Scope: revisions and additional scope beyond the agreed brief are quoted separately.
• Delivery: delivery dates assume timely feedback and asset delivery from the client.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, animation, and design, is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without permission.

Rights in commissioned work transfer to the client as set out in the project contract, normally on final payment. We retain the right to show completed work in our portfolio unless the contract restricts it.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with this website is excluded. Liability in connection with commissioned work is limited to the fees paid for that work and is set out in the project contract.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
